Cellmax Technologies AB is a Swedish technology company that designs and sells high-performance antennas for the mobile communications industry. Our customers are mobile operators worldwide, and our products are known for their innovative design, high performance, and quality.

Visby Antenn AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cellmax Technologies and is responsible for the assembly of the antennas. As part of our continued growth, we are now building a modern production facility in Visby, where we will not only continue assembly but also bring selected manufacturing processes in-house.

Your Role

As a machine operator with us, you will be a key person in production. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our machines and ensuring that production meets the highest quality standards. Your tasks include:

• Machine Operation: Setting up, calibrating, and operating machines for punching, cutting, bending, threading, friction welding, and deburring.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that each product meets our high standards.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of production, maintenance, and any deviations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and R&D to improve processes and solve challenges.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has a good technical understanding and experience with machines and mechanical systems.
• Is meticulous and has an eye for detail - precision is crucial for us.
• Enjoys an active work environment.
• Is a problem solver who likes to take responsibility and find solutions.
• A big plus if you have experience with CAM programming.
